Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United States is seeking an experienced AEM Architect to deliver Adobe Experience Manager solutions for large-scale digital programs. You will guide design, implementation, and governance, collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires hands-on experience with AEM, Sites, DAM, and Marketing Cloud, plus the ability to drive multi-stakeholder discussions and mentor teammates across global client projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Adobe full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tactical deployment or re-launch of WCM (Web Content Management) applications.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design and implementation of AEM solutions across client engagements.
• Bridge business needs with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and aligned.
• Define content governance and workflows for multi-channel digital delivery.
• Mentor team members and build strong client relationships to support ongoing engagements.
