Job summary

Capital Group in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced web experience engineer to design and deliver engaging digital pages and experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related tools.

You will work with UX and IT to administer web configuration tools, ensure WCAG accessibility, and maintain brand standards across channels. The role emphasizes collaboration, quality checks, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and Adobe Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to apply analytics to work assignments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build web experiences via AEM and related tools.
• Collaborate with IT on authoring experiences and components.
• Administer web configuration tools (e.g. Target, AEM Cloud).
• Coordinate releases and publishing across sites.
• Ensure WCAG accessibility in web content.
• Enforce platform standards with UX and IT.
• Support cross-functional teams to improve channel processes.
• Perform quality checks and verify accuracy.
