Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is seeking a Master Program Manager to lead a multi‑project portfolio within a DC government technology initiative. The role focuses on program governance, schedule adherence, and executive reporting for a broad web portfolio, including the dc.gov redesign.

You will coordinate SMEs and vendors, drive scoping and milestones, and ensure clear status visibility for agency leadership across all active workstreams.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of program and portfolio management experience.
• 8 years of requirements gathering and scoping with subject matter experts.
• 10 years of stakeholder management in a multi-agency government or enterprise environment.
• 6 years of Drupal CMS migration and administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 16 years of total experience to qualify for a Master level role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a portfolio-wide tracking system with RAID log, milestones, and dashboard for all active web projects.
• Run a recurring status reporting cadence to agency leadership across the full portfolio.
• Define project requirements and scope with SMEs, including external vendor involvement when needed.
• Advise on vendor and contractor scoping, deliverables, and SOW structures in line with government procurement norms.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across projects and escalate when needed.
• Report on status, milestones, and readiness for the dc.gov relaunch as the flagship initiative.
