The portfolio includes the dc.gov redesign and related sub projects such as design implementation, content migration, and AI-powered search integration; the role ensures defined scope, milestones, and a current status view for agency leadership.

Qualifications

• Multi-project portfolio PM with tooling, reporting cadence, and prioritization.
• Translate technical and business requirements into actionable scope.
• Stakeholder management across multiple agencies or government environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a portfolio-wide tracking system, RAID log, milestones, and dashboard.
• Run a recurring status reporting cadence to agency leadership across the full portfolio.
• Define requirements with SMEs, including initiatives needing external vendor support.
• Advise on vendor scoping and deliverables per SOI and procurement norms.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions; escalate as needed.
• Report on status, milestones, and readiness with the dc.gov relaunch as the flagship.
