Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is seeking a Master Program Manager (Web Portfolio) for an onsite Washington, DC engagement. This contract role leads project management, reporting, and delivery oversight across a web portfolio of 100+ agency sites, including the dc.gov redesign.

You will establish tracking, cadence, and dashboards for status across all sub-projects, and work with agency SMEs to define scope, ensuring milestones and readiness across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Program and project management across multi-project portfolio.
• Requirements gathering with SMEs and translating to scope.
• Stakeholder management in multi-agency government environment.
• Drupal CMS content migration and administration.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Master level role eligibility with 16 years total experience.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish portfolio-wide tracking system with RAID, milestones, and dashboard.
• Run recurring status reporting cadence to agency leadership.
• Define project requirements and scope with SMEs, including external vendors.
• Advise on vendor/scoping, SOW structure, and procurement norms.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions across projects.
• Report status and readiness for the dc.gov relaunch portfolio.
