Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Web Platform Search Optimization Lead to own how our web properties are structured and optimized for AI era discovery at scale. You will drive platform‑level optimization across marketing sites, microsites, and Help Center, aligning with SEO, Content, Web Engineering, MarTech, and SSO teams.

You will build durable standards, automated validation, and scalable systems so optimization is embedded in operations, not fixed after the fact.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in web marketing, performance marketing, UX, or SEO.
Experience translating optimization requirements into scalable templates or standards.
Proficiency with CMS and enterprise content management systems.

Responsibilities

Own platform‑level search and AI discovery optimization across LinkedIn web properties.
Define scalable technical standards across AEM Sites and AEM Guides to maximize discoverability.
Monitor site health and translate findings into prioritized action plans with cross‑functional partners.
Lead major platform transitions (e.g., Help Center migration) ensuring traffic stability.
Build automated validation systems and AI‑assisted workflows for site health.
Collaborate on AI automation to systematize optimization workflows and governance.
Produce documentation and guidance to enable teams to operate within shared standards.
Lead integration of AEM with internal/external platforms and automation tooling.
