Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise websites or digital experiences.
• Experience working within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of website publishing workflows and content governance.
• Experience supporting demand generation, campaign marketing, or digital marketing programs.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution of website updates, landing pages, campaign destinations, promotional content, and business-critical web experiences.
• Build, edit, and publish content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related digital platforms.
• Ensure all web experiences align with brand, messaging, accessibility, and user experience standards.
• Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to support business priorities.
• Manage web governance processes, publishing workflows, approval processes, and content standards.
• Analyze website performance using GA4 and related analytics platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, user journeys, and content effectiveness.
• Work with agencies to track, report and improve AI visibility and content performance.
• Serve as Marketing's liaison for website-related initiatives.
