Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise websites or digital experiences.
• Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of publishing workflows and content governance.
• Experience supporting demand generation, campaign marketing, or digital marketing programs.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as GA4.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of website updates, landing pages, campaign destinations, and promotional content.
• Build, edit, and publish content within AEM and related platforms.
• Ensure experiences align with brand, accessibility, and user experience standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to support business priorities.
• Analyze website performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and content effectiveness.
• Manage website backlog, onboarding, and prioritization with stakeholders.
