Job summary

Citrix is seeking a Senior Web Experience/Operations Manager to own the execution, optimization, and governance of the Citrix.com digital experience. You will bridge Marketing, Product Marketing, Campaigns, IT, and agency partners to ensure the website drives growth, engagement, and AI visibility.

The ideal candidate balances hands-on execution with strategic thinking, planning, building, publishing, and optimizing web experiences while ensuring governance and quality across the Citrix digital

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise websites or digital experiences.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS.
• Strong understanding of website publishing workflows and content governance.
• Experience supporting demand generation, campaign marketing, or digital marketing programs.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of website updates, landing pages, and promotional content.
• Publish content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related platforms.
• Ensure experiences align with brand, messaging, accessibility, and UX standards.
• Partner with marketing teams to support business priorities.
• Analyze website performance using GA4 and related analytics platforms.
• Develop recommendations based on user behavior and performance insights.
• Collaborate with IT on platform infrastructure and integrations.
• Support SEO/GEO best practices across site content and metadata.
