Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an experienced Senior Web Experience and Operations Manager to own the Citrix.com digital experience, bridging Marketing, Product Marketing, IT, and agencies to drive growth and engagement. You will plan, build, publish, and optimize web experiences while ensuring consistency, quality, and governance across the Citrix ecosystem.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience managing enterprise websites or digital experiences.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of website publishing workflows and content governance.
Experience supporting demand generation, campaign marketing, or digital marketing programs.
Working knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization.
Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day execution of website updates, landing pages, campaign destinations, promotional content, and business-critical web experiences.
Build, edit, and publish content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related digital platforms.
Ensure all web experiences align with brand, messaging, accessibility, and user experience standards.
Partner with Marketing teams to support business priorities.
Manage web governance processes, publishing workflows, approval processes, and content standards.
Analyze website performance using GA4 and related analytics platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve engagement, user journeys, AI citations, and content effectiveness.
Develop actionable recommendations based on customer behavior and performance insights.
