Job summary

Citrix seeks a Senior Web Experience/Operations Manager to own the execution, optimization, and governance of the Citrix.com digital experience. You will bridge Marketing, Product Marketing, IT, and agencies to drive growth and engagement with strong governance and quality standards.

You will plan, publish, and optimize web experiences, balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and ensure consistency across the Citrix digital ecosystem to support business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise websites or digital experiences.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS.
• Strong publishing workflows and governance knowledge.
• Experience supporting demand generation or digital marketing programs.
• SEO principles and website optimization knowledge.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution of website updates, landing pages, and content.
• Build, edit, and publish content within AEM and related platforms.
• Ensure brand, messaging, accessibility, and UX standards.
• Partner with product marketing, content strategy, campaigns, ABM, and corporate comms.
• Manage web governance processes, workflows, approvals, and content standards.
• Coordinate QA, UAT, and backlog prioritization with stakeholders.
• Analyze website performance using GA4 and related analytics tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, AI citations, and content effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT, agencies, and vendors to deliver enhancements and fixes.
