Job summary

Citrix is seeking a Senior Web Experience/Operations Manager to own the execution, optimization, and governance of the Citrix.com digital experience. You will bridge marketing, IT, and agencies to turn business requirements into high-quality web experiences that drive growth and engagement.

The role emphasizes hands-on management of website updates, governance, and analytics, not software development, ensuring consistency and accessibility across the Citrix digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise websites or digital experiences.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of website publishing workflows and content governance.
• Experience supporting demand generation, campaign marketing, or digital marketing programs.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution of website updates, landing pages, campaign destinations, and promotional content.
• Build, edit, and publish content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related digital platforms.
• Ensure all web experiences align with brand, messaging, accessibility, and user experience standards.
• Partner with marketing and communications teams to support business priorities.
• Manage web governance processes, publishing workflows, approval processes, and content standards.
• Analyze website performance using GA4 and other analytics platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, user journeys, AI citations, and content effectiveness.
• Develop actionable recommendations based on customer behavior and performance insights.
• Work with agencies to track, report and improve AI visibility and content feedback loop.
