Xsolla Inc. is seeking a Senior Frontend Software Developer to build high-performance frontend solutions powering user-facing experiences for a global audience.

The role emphasizes collaboration across local and international teams, with a strong focus on e-commerce, scalability, and reliability. You will translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences, drive frontend initiatives, and contribute to CI/CD and testing practices to ensure predictable delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a senior frontend role.
• 7+ years in frontend development with modern frameworks.
• Experience for e-commerce, gaming, or monetization platforms.
• Proficient with Typescript, React, Redux or equivalent.
• Knowledge of module federation, SSR/RSC patterns, and accessibility.
• Strong CSS framework expertise and UX/UI systems.
• Understanding of microservices and REST/RPC APIs.
• Node.js and MongoDB experience.
• Experience with Vitest/Jest and Playwright/Cypress.
• Familiarity with bundlers (webpack/rollup/vite/esbuild).
• CI/CD workflows (GitLab CI+), private registries, secure artifacts.
• Ability to influence decisions; leadership experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering; strong English skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Design, build and evolve scalable, high-performance frontend web applications.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
• Work with DevOps to streamline CI/CD, improve deployment reliability and observability.
• Own features end-to-end from refinement to delivery, optimizing performance and bundle size.
• Ensure cross-browser and multi-device compatibility with accessibility standards.
• Contribute to modernization, refactoring and performance improvements.
• Enforce engineering best practices across coding, testing and review processes.
• Maintain strong automated tests and reliable CI/CD workflows.
• Own operational excellence, incident response and long-term reliability.
• Advocate for scalability, security and observability across architecture.
