Job summary

Greystar, a global leader in rental housing, seeks a Senior Web Experience Designer to focus on the website experience and funnel optimization for prospective residents. You will own the design from research to delivery, collaborating with product, data science, and engineering to drive a best-in-class UX.

You will help craft moments in the resident journey, shape the shopping experience, and contribute to the broader ecosystem including the resident app.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a UX designer.
• Portfolio showing design skill, experience, and process.
• Expert with Figma: libraries, prototyping, and dev-ready design.
• Experience launching MVPs quickly, using data to iterate.
• Data-driven design with A/B testing experience.
• Experience in cross-functional, distributed teams across time zones.
• Organized and process-driven with clear stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with product/project management software (Linear preferred).
• Knowledge of AI, web technologies, and design systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for Greystar.com to evolve a best-in-class experience.
• Own design from research through concept and detail design.
• Understand business metrics and apply to design thinking.
• Collaborate with product, data science, marketing, and sales.
• Work with engineering to ensure feasibility and fidelity.
• Contribute to and extend the design system.
• Stay current on web, mobile, and AI technologies.
