GlobeStar Systems is seeking a Senior Web Developer to lead and evolve the company’s digital footprint. You will own the design, development, and maintenance of corporate websites, microsites, and campaign landing pages, ensuring exceptional UX, performance, and alignment with marketing goals.

You will collaborate with Marketing and IT, integrate third-party analytics tools, and manage a roadmap for ongoing updates, optimization, and accessibility across the web stack.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of website design and development experience (portfolio required).
• Extensive experience with all aspects of the WordPress platform (certification asset).
• Knowledge of full web development lifecycle and modern web standards.

Mansioni

• Lead Connexall's web presence with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate platform updates with cross-functional teams.
• Design, build, and launch websites, microsites, and campaign landing pages.
• Integrate web properties with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot and other tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing and IT teams to optimize usability and performance.
• Audit and improve site organization, navigation, performance and accessibility.
• Develop project calendars for upgrades and maintenance.
• Support marketing automation and CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, GA).
• Balance priorities across multiple concurrent projects and timelines.
