Job summary

cFive is seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Developer to design and build client-facing applications remotely. You will own hands-on software architecture across the Java stack and microservices, collaborating with sponsors and government clients to solve real-world challenges.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team, applying new technologies and contributing to architecture, testing, and security practices while delivering high-quality code in a distributed delivery model.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science/Engineering; data modeling and large databases experience.
• 5-7 years Java development stack (J2EE, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, JSON).
• 3-5 years Agile development; 2-3 years REST/SOAP; Angular/Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on software design and development across multiple programming languages and environments.
• Collaborate with project sponsors and client personnel to devise practical solutions.
• Deliver high-quality software and participate in SDLC activities including testing and reviews.
