Job summary

Fearless Solutions is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to lead design, architecture, and delivery of secure, scalable cloud‑native applications for federal/state clients. The role is fully remote and requires guiding cross‑functional teams, mentoring engineers, and aligning technical work with government standards.

You will drive modernization, AI‑enabled features, and DevSecOps practices while collaborating with PMs, designers, and stakeholders to deliver mission‑critical software.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience developing enterprise‑scale applications.
• Experience serving as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or Solution Architect.
• Strong full‑stack development experience with modern frontend and backend tech.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with containers, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and delivery of secure, scalable cloud‑native apps for public sector.
• Provide technical leadership and establish architecture standards & practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Design and develop modern full‑stack applications, APIs, microservices, and integrations.
• Mentor engineers and drive DevSecOps, cloud migration, and modernization efforts.
