Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, or related field; degree may be substituted with 4 years' experience.
• Minimum of five years of web development experience.
• Proficiency with Headless CMS platforms (Sanity, WordPress) and marketing automation integrations (HubSpot).
• Advanced knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS).
• Experience with WordPress, Sanity, or other CMS and building architecture.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma and translating designs into responsive components.
• Ability to maintain a codebase using Git and run effective A/B/multivariate testing.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the technical aspects of all web development projects, establishing coding standards.
• Mentors junior developers and teammates.
• Translates business requirements into detailed technical specs.
• Analyzes web performance and collaborates on strategic improvements.
• Designs and implements complex A/B and multivariate tests.
• Keeps up with industry trends and advises leadership accordingly.
• Prepares technical documentation, project plans, and reports.
