Job summary

Coastal Credit Union in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Sr. Web Developer & Optimization Specialist to lead design, development, CRO, and analytics for Coastal's public site, supporting digital acquisition, member engagement, and strategic growth.

You will own UX, CRO, SEO, and attribution, manage Google Analytics, coordinate with partners, and back up digital marketing efforts including paid search and retargeting, while maintaining the intranet (Tides) to boost internal communications and employee

Qualifications

Five years of experience in web development, UX optimization, and digital marketing operations.
Experience with financial services or credit union websites and digital acquisition strategies preferred.
Bachelor's degree in web development, digital marketing, computer science, or related area; or four years of additional experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

Lead website design and UX optimization with accessibility and conversion-focused best practices.
Manage Google Analytics and attribution tracking, and dashboards.
Drive SEO strategy and organic growth.
Optimize digital acquisition channels and provide paid media technical support.
Maintain and optimize intranet (Tides) for internal communications and employee experience.
