Job summary

3dB Labs in West Chester, OH is seeking a Senior Web Developer to design and implement scalable front-end and back-end components using modern web technologies. The role combines theory-based algorithm work with high-performance software and occasional integration with RF hardware, in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of web development experience with React and Node.js, Python, SQL, and API design, and can obtain a US Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performant and scalable front-end and back-end components using modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc.)
• Participate in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC) including, but not limited to: Designing, Developing, Testing, Documenting, and Maintaining software solutions
• Act as a technical lead for junior engineers, performing duties such as code review, design review, and mentoring
• Working in an Agile-like development environment including sprint planning, grooming, and sprint demos
• Work closely with product managers, technical architects, and other stakeholders to build requirements, clarify technical specifications, and provide development estimates
