Job summary

3dB Labs, based in West Chester, OH, is seeking a Senior Web Developer to lead front-end and back-end work for high-performance web solutions. The role emphasizes solving complex DSP-related problems and integrating with RF equipment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of web development experience with React and Node.js, 4+ years Python, 3+ years SQL, and the ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret clearance. In-office work in Ohio is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of web development experience including React and Node.js
• 4+ years of Python experience
• 3+ years of SQL/Database experience
• Experience building high-performance APIs using protobuf
• Development of software for Linux operating systems
• Experience leading other engineers in technical aspects
• Ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Design and implement front-end and back-end components using modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Node.js)
• Participate in the SDLC including designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining software
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code and design reviews
• Work in an Agile-like environment with sprint planning and reviews
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define requirements and estimates
