Job summary

The role offers leadership opportunities, collaboration with product managers and architects, and the chance to work on high-performance APIs and Linux-based systems. Qualifications

• 7+ years of web development experience with React and Node.js
• 4+ years Python experience
• 3+ years SQL/Database experience
• Experience building high-performance APIs using protobuf
• Development of software for Linux operating systems
• Experience leading other engineers in technical aspects of software development
• Ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret clearance
• Development with C++, C++17 or newer is preferred
• Experience with UX Design Tools such as Figma or Adobe Xd
• Digital signal processing and signals and systems theory
• Background in software defined radio and digital communication theory
• Proven strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently with freedom to develop your own creative technical solutions to our problems
• Current or past US security clearance is a major plus, ability to obtain a clearance required

Responsibilities

• Working in an Agile-like development environment including sprint planning, grooming, and sprint demos
• Work closely with product managers, technical architects, and other stakeholders to build requirements, clarify technical specifications, and provide development estimates

3dB Labs is seeking an experienced senior software engineer who loves to solve challenging web problems in the realm of digital signal processing. The ideal candidate is creative, smart, and able to work effectively on their own or with a small team. We are adding to our team a Senior Web Developer to work in-office in our West Chester, OH location. This position requires the ability to obtain a US Government clearance.
