Job summary

City of Atlanta is seeking a seasoned web applications professional to provide technical support across Angular, .NET, WordPress, Webflow, and related platforms. The role requires clear documentation, collaboration with stakeholders, and leadership in implementing SDLC processes.

You will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web solutions while ensuring security, compliance, and operational standards. A hybrid work arrangement applies with in-office days at City facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of professional web/application development experience.
• Proven experience with structured SDLC and Agile frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance for web-based solutions using diverse network technologies, supporting internal and external stakeholders with applications and platforms including Angular, .NET, WordPress, Webflow, CGI, multimedia systems, database-driven features, and data modeling tools.
• Researches, tracks, and understands new web technologies to provide technical leadership in developing service applications and analyzing business requirements as they pertain to intranet and external internet-related systems.
• Builds applications using the internet and Windows Development tools.
• Provides written design documents, test plans, and test results. Manages, develops, integrates and implements related applications components, including front-end maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of the application.
• Established and communicates standards to manage cost and ensure continuity of applications.
