Job summary

JCTM, LLC is seeking a Senior Web Designer to support design and communication capabilities for Government stakeholders in Arlington, VA on an onsite basis, with a focus on accessible ICT content and Section 508 conformance across SharePoint and related platforms.

You will contribute UI/UX, graphic design, content management, and data visualization, including dashboards and reporting, while engaging with IOD and CISA stakeholders and supporting public-facing internet sites.

Qualifications

• UI/UX, graphic design, and communication expertise.
• Experience supporting digital collaborative platforms and content management.
• Ability to apply Section 508 accessibility requirements to ICT.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 capabilities for assigned work.

Responsibilities

• Support the design of SharePoint sites and digital collaboration platforms.
• Assist with content management including governance and information retrieval.
• Apply UI/UX and communication skills to Government-approved activities.
• Support data visualization, dashboards, and reporting for stakeholders.
