Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support content management involving collection, delivery, retrieval, governance, and overall information management.
• Apply UI, UX, graphic-design, and communication expertise to Government-approved activities.
• Support data visualization, dashboards, reporting, and communication of findings to IOD and CISA stakeholders.
• Support DHS/CISA public-facing internet sites and information platforms where assigned.
• Support Section 508 conformance for applicable ICT, electronic documents, web-based content, dashboards, charts, and data visualizations.
• Support validation and documentation of accessibility conformance when developing or modifying applicable ICT.

Key Responsibilities
