Job summary

JCTM is seeking a Senior Web Designer to support design and communication capabilities across SharePoint, dashboards, and data-visualization projects. The role emphasizes accessible ICT content and government-facing platforms in line with Section 508 requirements.

You will apply UI/UX, graphic-design, and communication expertise to create effective digital experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help deliver compliant, user-friendly solutions for stakeholders at DHS/CISA and

Experience supporting digital collaborative platforms and content management.
Experience with Microsoft 365 capabilities applicable to the assigned work.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities to address Section 508 accessibility requirements for delivered ICT.

Responsibilities

Support design of SharePoint sites and other digital collaborative platforms.
Support content management involving collection, delivery, retrieval, governance, and overall information management.
Apply UI, UX, graphic-design, and communication expertise to Government-approved activities.
Support data visualization, dashboards, reporting, and communication of findings to IOD and CISA stakeholders.
Support DHS/CISA public-facing internet sites and information platforms where assigned.
Support Section 508 conformance for applicable ICT, electronic documents, web-based content, dashboards, charts, and data visualizations.
Support validation and documentation of accessibility conformance when developing or modifying applicable ICT.
