Job summary

RALLY is seeking a Senior Designer to join our design team and help create compelling websites and digital experiences for social-impact organizations. You’ll guide the full web design process from architecture and wireframes to visual design, accessibility, and cross‑functional collaboration with developers.

You don’t need to be a front-end coder, but you should understand HTML/CSS concepts, responsive layouts, and user-centric design.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience in web/digital design with a polished portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and HTML/CSS concepts.
• Knowledge of UX fundamentals, sitemaps, navigation, wireframes, and information hierarchy.
• Experience with web accessibility (WCAG) and foundational SEO knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling websites translating client brands into clear digital experiences.
• Create designs from early exploration to high-fidelity execution and develop supporting graphics.
• Build scalable Figma files using components, variables, and design systems.
• Prepare developer handoffs and collaborate through implementation with QA across devices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to ongoing site updates.
