Job summary

We Are Rally Limited seeks a Senior Designer to join our design team and craft compelling websites and digital experiences for mission-driven organizations. You’ll drive the full web design process from architecture to visual design, ensuring accessibility and responsive behavior across browsers and devices.

You’ll collaborate with strategists, communicators, developers, PMs, and creatives, moving between creative exploration and systematic thinking while presenting work and managing multiple

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience in web, digital, UI, or interactive design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, prototyping, design systems.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design; basic HTML/CSS; production coding not required.
• Strong UX fundamentals: information architecture, sitemaps, navigation, wireframes, user flows.
• Web accessibility WCAG principles and basic SEO understanding.
• Curious and open to AI tools to enhance workflow.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects within timelines, budgets, and scopes.

Responsibilities

• Design thoughtful, visually compelling websites translating client brands into engaging digital experiences.
• Create high-fidelity designs, wireframes, prototypes, and supporting graphics.
• Build scalable Figma files with components, Auto Layout, variables, and design systems.
• Create prototypes demonstrating functionality, responsiveness, and web animations for clients and developers.
• Prepare clear developer handoffs and collaborate through QA across devices to reflect design intent.
• Contribute to site architecture, UX through sitemaps, navigation systems, and information hierarchy.
• Collaborate with strategists, PMs, designers, and developers throughout design and development.
• Manage workflow across multiple projects, communicating progress, questions, and blockers.
