Job summary

Mars Men is seeking a Senior Designer to shape and elevate the brand as we scale. You’ll work across brand identity, campaigns, websites, product launches, retail, and digital marketing.

You're expected to have a 5+ year track record in brand, digital, or multidisciplinary design, with a strong portfolio and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus strong UX/eCommerce understanding. The team operates remotely with autonomy and ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of brand, digital, or multidisciplinary design experience, ideally in DTC or eCommerce.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating taste, craft, and range across brand and digital.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with strong UX and eCommerce understanding.
