Job summary

Mars Men is seeking a Senior Designer to elevate the brand across digital and physical channels. You’ll shape identity, campaigns, websites, and product launches while collaborating with Creative, Growth, eCommerce and Partnerships teams.

The role demands a versatile designer with excellent taste, ownership, and the ability to move from big-picture strategy to hands-on execution in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand, digital, or multidisciplinary design.
• Exceptional portfolio across brand identity, web, campaigns, and digital experiences.
• Ability to work on both large brand initiatives and fast-moving daily creative needs.
• Strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems understanding.
• Experience designing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences with UX/eCommerce insight.

Responsibilities

• Design across the Mars Men brand ecosystem including websites, pages, campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing.
• Translate brand strategy into polished visual work.
• Evolve Mars Men visual identity and brand systems as the company scales.
• Concept and execute campaigns from ideation to production.
• Collaborate with Creative, Growth, eCommerce, Partnerships and external partners.
• Balance brand storytelling with commercial objectives.
• Manage multiple projects with a high standard of craft.
