Job summary

Alpaca, a US-headquartered broker-dealer, is seeking a Senior/Lead Web Design Producer to own the website end-to-end from the Brand Design team. This role blends project management, hands-on design, and content contribution to ensure the site is current, cohesive, accessible, and effective for diverse audiences.

Reporting to the Director of Design, you’ll coordinate inputs from product, marketing, and engineering, craft on‑voice copy, and guide improvements across SEO, localization, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in web operations, digital project management, design production, or a web producer role.
• Strong PM fluency: intake, prioritization, timelines, stakeholder management, and clear status updates.
• Hands-on design and copy editing ability within a design system and brand guidelines.
• Data fluency with web analytics (GA4) and translating data into actionable improvements.
• Experience with SEO, GEO, conversion optimization, and modern CMS platforms.
• Localization experience across languages/regions.

Responsibilities

• Own the website and keep it current as a living product.
• Fine-tune inputs from stakeholders: copy, information hierarchy, and design quality.
• Define, track, and report outcomes with metrics and dashboards.
• Partner with engineering to design tooling and CMS infrastructure.
• Align messaging across design, product updates, and campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and retrospectives.
