Job summary

N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking a part-time Web Content Specialist to develop, edit, publish, and maintain federal websites and intranets. You will ensure accessibility, quality, and consistency across digital content while coordinating reviews and updates within CMS environments.

The role emphasizes training support, documentation, and collaboration with program staff and subject matter experts to deliver accurate and user-friendly information to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in web content management, with at least 3 years in the last 5 years.
• Demonstrated experience writing, editing, proofreading, and maintaining content for websites, intranets, or other digital platforms.
• Demonstrated experience using Content Management Systems to upload, edit, maintain and publish content.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements and experience incorporating accessibility into web content.
• Experience developing and editing training materials, user documentation, procedures, presentations, or related instructional content.
• Experience performing content and data quality‑control reviews.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with program staff, subject matter experts, communications personnel, web managers, and other stakeholders.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Web content development, editing & publishing for Federal websites, intranets, and related digital information resources.
• Upload, maintain, update, and publish content using Content Management Systems and coordinate required reviews.
• Review existing web content and recommend readability, organization, and presentation improvements.
• Coordinate content through required review and approval processes before publication.
• Maintain quality control of website content and ensure accessibility and SEO standards.
