Responsibilities

• Develop system and subsystem requirements flowdown (hardware, firmware, software).
• Create and maintain verification plans for systems and subsystems.
• Conduct link budget analysis and radar system simulations.
• Perform verification testing and schedule development.
• Architect software/firmware with block diagrams and flow charts.
• Stay updated on new publications and competitor products.
• Prepare proposals to grow the R&D base.
• Mentor and train team members.
