Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Weapons Integration Engineer Sr – Level3 to design, test, and certify air‑to‑air weapon systems for the F-35 program. You will develop design, test, and certification plans, run integration and flight‑test activities, analyze results, and drive corrective actions with vendors and program stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related STEM discipline.
Experience in weapons design, development, testing, and integration.
Experience interfacing with DoD Customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Design, test, and certify weapon systems for integration.
Develop system design, test, and certification plans for air-to-air weapons.
Execute integration and flight-test activities, analyze results, and drive corrective actions.
Produce and maintain technical documentation (design documents, test plans, test reports).
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure schedule adherence.
