AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter Wealth Manager to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across wealth management functions and partner with business leaders to attract top talent.

The ideal candidate will recruit Wealth Advisors, Financial Advisors, Registered Representatives and Portfolio Managers, with deep industry knowledge and a proven advisor talent sourcing track record. This role is based in New York, NY with remuneration ranging from $90,300 to $134,000 annually, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven experience recruiting within Wealth Management or Financial Services.
• Experience hiring financial advisory and investment professionals.
• Strong understanding of advisor recruiting, licensing requirements, and wealth management models.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong sourcing and talent assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with Wealth Management leaders to develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain diverse pipelines for advisor and wealth management roles.
• Source passive candidates via networking, market mapping, referrals and outreach.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights and compensation trends.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilize Workday and recruiting tools to manage pipelines and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
