Job summary

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter Wealth Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment for wealth management roles across the US. You will partner with business leaders to attract top talent, focusing on Wealth Advisors, Financial Advisors, and other licensed professionals.

You will build diverse pipelines, provide market insights, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience while navigating regulatory requirements and internal processes.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting within Wealth Management or Financial Services.
• Experience hiring financial advisory and investment professionals.
• Strong sourcing and talent assessment capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with Wealth Management leaders to develop recruitment strategies.

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter Wealth Manager , who will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering with business leaders to attract and hire top talent across a variety of wealth management functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record recruiting Wealth Advisors, Financial Advisors, Registered Representatives, Portfolio Managers, and other licensed financial professionals. They will possess a deep understanding of the wealth management industry, advisor talent landscape, and the competitive dynamics involved in attracting top-performing professionals.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Partner with Wealth Management leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for advisor and wealth management talent.
• Source passive candidates through networking, market mapping, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, compensation trends, and competitor intelligence.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize Workday and other recruiting tools to manage candidate pipelines and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with all recruitment and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

• 3-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven experience recruiting within the Wealth Management or broader Financial Services industry.
• Experience hiring financial advisory and investment professionals.
• Strong understanding of advisor recruiting, licensing requirements, and wealth management business models.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong sourcing and talent assessment capabilities.

• We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is 90,300 - 134,000 for New York and 78,600-117,000 for other states in United States plus applicable benefits.

This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
