AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support client hiring managers in filling vacancies to target start dates. You will deliver high-quality recruitment services, acting as custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience, with a focus on high-touch processes and stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires residency in New York City and onsite presence three days per week. Salary range is $90,000 - $118,000 USD with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across financial services, including wealth and asset management.
• End-to-end recruitment covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and stakeholder consultation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs and set expectations.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build candidate shortlists with clear recommendations.
• Maintain regular candidate communications and manage the interview process end-to-end.
