Job summary

Neuberger Wealth seeks a senior leader to drive process improvement and operational excellence across Client and Advisor experiences within the Wealth Platforms & Experience organization.

Leading initiatives from onboarding to reporting, you will own the end-to-end client lifecycle, partner with Wealth Advisor Teams, and advocate a re-imagined platform for future capabilities while delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
• 12+ years of wealth management / private banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance Client and Advisor journeys across Private Wealth from onboarding through maintenance and reporting.
• Create journey maps, SOPs and training materials for end-to-end client onboarding and maintenance.
• Define vision for future state model and roadmaps; drive efficiency and experience improvements.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs and feedback loops; lead platform feature prioritization and improvements.
