Neuberger is seeking a Client Service Operations Manager to support Team Kaminsky, a leading Private Wealth Management group. This player/coach role blends hands-on execution with building scalable systems, controls, and an operating cadence to improve speed, accuracy, and client experience.

The role requires 10+ years in wealth management operations or client service, with SIE/Series 7/66 licenses (or the ability to obtain them).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in private wealth management operations, client service, or a comparable role.
• SIE, Series 7, and 66 required or obtainable within the firm’s timeline.
• Strong judgment, disciplined follow‑through, and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Act as the team’s day-to-day operational quarterback and organize workflows.
• Build and implement repeatable processes, templates, and controls to improve speed and accuracy.
• Lead cross‑functional execution for complex client events and escalations.
• Partner with Operations, Compliance, and Technology to improve onboarding and servicing.
• Own escalation management and drive measurable improvements in efficiency.
