Job summary

Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC is seeking a Business Associate to lead process-improvement initiatives within Private Wealth. The role centers on driving efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence while evaluating current processes and implementing strategic changes.

The candidate will own several programs and analyses tied to the growth and design of the Private Wealth organization, requiring strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; Lean Six Sigma or PMP a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles.
• Experience in financial services; private wealth management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process Inventory and Assessment: lead identification of current processes and gaps.
• Opportunity Identification and Design: define improvement opportunities.
• Future-State Operating Model Development: design the target operating model.
• Implementation and Change Management: drive rollout across the org.
• Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: track outcomes and iterate.
