Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Lean Six Sigma or PMP desirable.
• 3+ years in process improvement or related roles.
• Experience in financial services, private wealth preferred.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Proficiency in automation technologies and digital transformation.
• Change management expertise.
• Self-starter able to operate independently and make decisions.
• Ability to build relationships across a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Process Inventory and Assessment: inventory current processes and map workflows.
• Opportunity Identification and Design: identify automation and redesign opportunities.
• Future-State Operating Model Development: define measurable goals and future workflows.
• Implementation and Change Management: lead rollout and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: track metrics and drive ongoing optimization.
