JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director, Wealth Planner in Palo Alto to translate complex tax and estate laws into clear client guidance and advisor education.

You will work with leadership to align planning goals with investment, banking, and lending solutions across the JP Morgan Wealth Management platform. The role requires deep technical expertise, broad regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work with clients across the wealth spectrum while collaborating with field

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree and either J.D, LLB, CPA or CFP.
• 7+ years of practice in trusts & estates law, tax advisory, or financial planning.
• Knowledge of securities-based compensation, pre-liquidity planning, and concentrated position management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and present content on wealth management topics with divisional and WP&A leadership.
• Advise on tax and trust & estate planning strategies and pre-liquidity planning for clients.
• Collaborate with field leadership to integrate estate and tax planning into goals-based advice.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state tax laws relevant to focus areas.
• Promote the firm’s knowledge to outside centers of influence ( accountants, attorneys ).
• Develop business opportunities with clients and field advisors.
