Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Senior Domain Data Steward to act as the primary domain authority across wealth data assets. You will collaborate with Data Product Managers, IT, and Business Domain Owners to ensure data is trusted, high quality, and ready for operational and analytical use.

You will define data trust standards, drive adoption of certified data products, profile data using SQL and observability tools, and ensure regulatory readiness across cloud data platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10+ years in data stewardship or data management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of Private Wealth Management data domains.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data health, usability, and trust across wealth data assets.
• Partner with Data Product Managers, IT, and Domain Owners to align roadmaps.
• Define data quality standards and validation rules for SDLC and pipelines.
• Lead data profiling and anomaly detection using SQL and observability tools.
