Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC seeks a senior concierge professional to support advisor teams with high-value client relationships. You will coordinate complex requests, assist with trading and account activity within registered authority, and help advisors assess client opportunities.

The role emphasizes service excellence, leadership, and the ability to balance capacity while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance. A remote-friendly option may be available after onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least five years of wealth-management, financial-advisory, private-banking, or comparable client-service experience.
• Demonstrated success supporting advisors and affluent or high-net-worth client relationships.
• Active securities registrations such as Series 7 and Series 63/65/66; exact combination depends on responsibilities.
• Leading or mentoring experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of investments, trading workflows, planning, and client-service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted extension of advisor teams for high-value client relationships and provide proactive support.
• Communicate directly with clients, coordinate complex requests, and ensure timely follow-through.
• Support or execute trading and account activity within the candidate’s registrations, role authority, and procedures.
• Complete analytical work and help advisors evaluate client opportunities and next steps.
• Identify potential issues early and propose solutions rather than escalating problems.
