Qualifications

• Five+ years in wealth-management or related client-service roles.
• Experience supporting advisors with affluent or high-net-worth clients.
• Active securities registrations required; exact combination depends on responsibilities.
• Knowledge of investments, trading workflows, and financial planning basics.
• Strong communication, judgment, and client confidentiality.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Service-oriented mindset; no personal book of business required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an extension of advisor teams for high-value client relationships and provide proactive, responsive support.
• Communicate with clients, coordinate complex requests, and ensure timely follow-through.
• Support or execute trading and account activity within role registrations and procedures.
• Complete analytical work to help advisors evaluate client opportunities and next steps.
• Identify issues early and propose solutions, not just escalate problems.
• Help establish service standards, workflows, and documentation across the concierge team.
• Coach and mentor teammates progressing from financial planning to concierge/advisor roles.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to balance capacity and improve client experience.
• Protect confidential information and comply with all regulatory requirements.
