Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Concierge Specialist to support high-net-worth client relationships. You will work closely with advisor teams to manage complex requests, execute trading and account activity within your registrations, and provide analytical support for opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in wealth management or related client service, holds Series 7, and possesses strong communication skills and discretion.

Qualifications

• At least five years of wealth-management, financial-advisory, private-banking, or comparable client-service experience.
• Active securities registrations (Series 7, Series 63/65/66) are required; exact combo depends on responsibilities.
• CFP, ChFC, CRPC, FPQP, or another credential preferred.
• Working knowledge of investments, trading workflows, financial planning, and client-service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted extension of advisor teams for high-value client relationships and provide proactive support.
• Communicate directly with clients, coordinate complex requests, and ensure timely follow-through.
• Support or execute trading and account activity within registrations and practice procedures.
• Complete analytical work and help advisors evaluate client opportunities and next steps.
• Anticipate client and advisor needs and bring solutions, not escalate.
