Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Wealth Management Compliance Specialist to oversee compliance activities for wealth management, ensuring procedures are followed and reports are completed accurately and on time.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coach and train the Wealth Management team on compliance tasks. This on-site position emphasizes precision, teamwork and client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly house account reconciliations and reports.
• Run monthly closed account reports and track reviews.
• Perform compliance reviews for select accounts.
• Prepare Trust Compliance Committee reports and related memos.
• Monitor NIGO, alerts, and client reviews.
• Maintain Admin/Investment Reviews and RMD reporting.
• Assist with Reg R and regulatory filings.
• Support other duties as required.
