Franklin Templeton is seeking a Senior Wealth Distribution Intelligence & AI Partner - RIA Field & Platforms to join the Distribution Intelligence team within Wealth Intelligence & Analytics. This senior IC will serve as the primary intelligence partner to RIA Field and Platform leadership, translating complex data into clear actions and scalable AI-enabled approaches.

The role blends market knowledge of the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required or 5–8 years in analytics, sales strategy, or financial services.
• Advanced degree preferred in analytics, data science, business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Experience with U.S. RIA market dynamics and asset management distribution.
• Ability to apply AI, automation, and predictive analytics to business challenges.
• Strong data storytelling and ability to translate insights into commercial recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic analytics partner to RIA Field and Platform leadership, translating priorities into measurable objectives and insights.
• Develop segmentations, scoring, and prioritization frameworks based on market potential and wallet opportunity.
• Analyze sales, assets, flows, pipeline, and market share to identify drivers, risks, and areas for growth.
• Apply generative AI, predictive analytics, automation to opportunity identification and sales planning.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement to translate intelligence into coordinated actions.
• Develop scalable data and AI capabilities with Technology, Data Science, CRM, and Distribution teams.
