Franklin Templeton in Stamford, CT, is seeking a Senior Wealth Distribution Intelligence & AI Partner – RIA Field & Platforms to join the Distribution Intelligence team within Wealth Intelligence & Analytics. This senior individual contributor will serve as the primary intelligence and analytics partner to RIA Field and Platform leadership.

The role combines deep knowledge of the U.S. RIA market with advanced analytics, AI, and strategic problem-solving to identify growth opportunities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of distribution intelligence, analytics, sales strategy, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. RIA market and distribution dynamics.
• Experience applying AI, automation, predictive analytics to business challenges.
• Proficiency with analytical tools and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic analytics partner to RIA Field and Platform leadership; translate priorities into objectives and insights.
• Develop segmentation, opportunity scoring, and prioritization frameworks based on market potential.
• Apply generative AI and predictive analytics to opportunity identification and sales planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate intelligence into client and territory actions.
• Develop scalable data and AI capabilities across CRM, assets, and marketing data.
