Job summary

Franklin Templeton, a leading asset manager, seeks a Senior Wealth Distribution Intelligence & AI Partner – RIA Field & Platforms to join the Distribution Intelligence team. The role blends strategic analytics with hands-on data work to identify growth opportunities and guide senior decision‑makers.

You will translate complex data into clear actions, design AI-enabled approaches, and collaborate with Field Sales, Platforms, Marketing, Product, and Enablement to drive coordinated territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics/finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in distribution intelligence, analytics, sales strategy, client analytics, data science, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. RIA market and its distribution dynamics.
• Experience supporting asset management distribution, RIA sales, platform relationships, or wealth management.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI, automation, predictive analytics, segmentation, or similar techniques to business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Strategic analytics partner to RIA Field and Platform leadership, translating priorities into objectives and insights.
• Identify market trends, growth opportunities, competitive dynamics, and implications for coverage and sales strategy.
• Support business planning, territory design, resource allocation, and performance reviews with forward‑looking analysis.
• Develop view of firms, advisors, platforms, and centers of influence using internal/external data.
• Build segmentation and opportunity scoring frameworks based on market potential and client behavior.
• Analyze sales, assets, flows, pipeline, retention, market share to identify drivers and risks.
• Apply generative AI, predictive analytics, automation to opportunity identification and sales planning.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Platforms, Marketing, Product to translate intelligence into actions.
• Rapidly test new approaches and convert successful use cases into scalable capabilities.
• Communicate insights through clear data storytelling to executives and field teams.
